Processing of your personal data for orders and advertising:

We use the information you provide in your order to execute the contract (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and to store it in accordance with commercial and tax law obligations (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).

We use your name and address to provide you with further information about interesting products and services (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and make them available to these other companies for the purpose of advertising their services (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and criteria for interest-based advertising selection in order to send you such information (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

We initially store personal data based on a contract conclusion (e.g., order) until the obligations arising from the contract with you expire. We also store personal data that must be stored in accordance with tax and commercial law obligations for the duration of these obligations. We are supported by service providers in the execution of the contract and share the necessary data with the banks and payment service providers involved.

We initially store personal data based on the conclusion of a contract (e.g., order) until the obligations arising from the contract with you expire. We also store personal data that must be stored in accordance with tax and commercial law obligations for the duration of these obligations. Your personal data is required for the execution of direct debit, as direct debit is not possible without this data.

Direct advertising with address data provided by other companies (rental of address data for direct advertising)

Other companies may provide us with your address details for the purpose of sending you advertising (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The respective letter will indicate which company provided us with the data. In this case, we process your name and address for the purpose of sending advertising by post (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We would like to win you over as a customer for our services. The provision of your personal data for this purpose is not mandatory. Your name and address will only be stored by us for the duration of this advertising campaign if you do not become a customer of ours. We use specialized service providers to process the data and to create and send the addressed advertising. Provision of postal addresses by us to other companies (rental of address data for direct advertising)
